- Pharmacies should receive all their first allocation of influenza and Moderna XBB1.5 mRNA vaccines before October 6 (sent in multiple shipments).
- Please dispose of any remaining influenza vaccines from the previous campaign immediately and update your inventory on ImmsBC.
- Bivalent mRNA vaccines should be discarded no later than October 4 and should not be used.
- The BCPhA team has marked any remaining Bivalent mRNA inventory on ImmsBC as “Wastage” using “Other” as the wastage reason, with the Comment: “Provincial Bivalent Disposal”
- Please accept your incoming ImmsBC inventory transfers for new XBB1.5. Generally, transfers will be issued the day of vaccine delivery or the next day.
- If ImmsBC transfers are not appearing 1-business day after receipt of the vaccines in your ImmsBC supply location, please complete the inventory stock remediation form. There have been some system issues that have delayed transfers over the past week, we apologize for the inconvenience.
