Annual Campaign Enrollment
To minimize wastage and ensure vaccines are allocated appropriately, all community pharmacies interested in participating in one or both fall influenza and COVID-19 immunization campaigns are required to enroll annually in order to receive an allocation of vaccine supply for the start of the campaign.
REQUIRED STEPS:
-
Banner and independent pharmacies must complete this enrollment form by Aug. 16, 2026, to be included with the first shipment for vaccine and receive notification in advance on allocations.
- Pharmacies can still enroll after August 16, but they will not receive allocations details in advance.
- Any pharmacy that enrolls in September will likely not be included with the first shipment of vaccines, but will still be able to participate subsequently.
- Pharmacy chains/groups: do not complete this form as we will be contacting your head office for enrolment. Head office teams should expect an email from the BCPhA team with a list of pharmacies for confirmation on or before July 24, 2026, and are asked to confirm by Aug. 16, 2026.
-
In addition to completing this vaccine allocation enrollment form, all pharmacies must:
- Have an existing ImmsBC pharmacy profile and active users.
- Those without an ImmsBC pharmacy profile or access will need to enroll through the OneHealthID team in September 2026 when the ImmsBC 2.0 enrolment is expected to start.
- In the past, pharmacies were required to complete the CareConnect pharmacy enrollment prior to requesting an ImmsBC pharmacy profile — we anticipate this might still apply when the new OneHealthID enrollment starts.
- New users are required to complete the ImmsBC 2.0 training materials, while existing users are also recommended to review the materials once they become available. ImmsBC 2.0 is expected to be released by mid-August.
Once a coordinated start date is confirmed, pharmacies will be notified in advance to begin setting up appointment availabilities ahead of the start date.
