Review your pharmacy Profile and Supply Location in ImmsBC 2.0
We are aware that a number of pharmacies have not been migrated over to 2.0 and have escalated the issue for resolution.
Please ensure that your pharmacy’s Profile and Supply Location have been migrated correctly into ImmsBC 2.0 by doing the following:
To review your Pharmacy Profile:
- Search for your pharmacy’s account/profile using the global search bar.
- Open your pharmacy’s profile and review the information is accurate under the “Details” tab.
To review your Pharmacy Supply Location:
- Search for your pharmacy using the global search bar.
- Open your pharmacy’s “Supply Location” and confirm that the information correct.
- Review that a “Supply Distribution” exists for the “Supply Location”. This can be found under the “Related” tab and is usually named the “Operational Fridge”.
If your pharmacy’s Profile or Supply Location is missing please email: bcvax-support@gov.bc.ca
