Pharmacy specific “Pharm - Detailed Patient List (Today)” and “Pharm - Daily Immunization PharmaNET” reports are available through the App Launcher by searching Reports from the Home Screen, or from the Reporting Dashboard. Click on “All Reports” and select the appropriate report. See “Reporting in ImmsBC” for more details.
Summary report displaying appointments by Vaccine Type & MACS by service type
Detailed reporting is accessible only to ImmsBC Admin users.
Name and link to report: Pharm - Vaccine Type & MAC Appts Summary
Description of report: This summary report reflects number of the different vaccine types and MAC subtypes.
This report is ideal to see what appointments booked and review inventory levels to ensure supply is available to meet the bookings. If you are booked up for one vaccine (e.g., no more COVID-19 vaccines, no more FluMist), be sure to remove the Vaccine Information options from your pharmacy profile.
Instructions
- Imms Admin users only: Use this link to go directly Pharm - Vaccine Type & MAC Appts Summary
- Click on the "filter" icon at the top to view filter options.
- Click on "Location name" and enter your ImmsBC location name.
- Set custom date range.
- View by immunization appointment types and add or remove MACS appointments in view.
- Turn off the "Subtotal" toggle at the bottom to reduce rows.
- Refer to the far right Total column to summarize number of COVID and influenza appointments.
Customized Report: Detailed completed vaccinations reporting by Agent type
Pharmacies can use the Pharm - Daily Immunization PharmaNET report: https://bcphsa.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Report/00O5o000000X1ccEAC/view? queryScope=userFolders
Please follow these instructions:
- Click on the “Filter” button at the top
- Filter your data with “Location: Name” = “[insert your ImmsBC pharmacy name here]”
- For group reporting (10+ pharmacies) please contact immunizationsupport@bcpharmacy.ca to inquire.
- Then select the date range (custom).
- If you want sum totals, go to the column “Administered Agent” and just click on the arrow and choose “Group Rows by This Field”.
- At the bottom of the screen you will see a toggle called “Detailed Rows”, turn that off.
- You can also “Export” the data as well.
