The Seasonal Influenza Updates: 2025 - 2026 course has been revised and provides a summary of the influenza vaccine program for the upcoming influenza season. The BC Immunization Manual, Part 4 - Influenza vaccines is the decision support tool for vaccine providers in BC and should be consulted for up to date guidance on influenza vaccine administration.

The Influenza Immunization Competency Course: Foundations of Influenza: Disease & Vaccines is a 3.5 hour course that supports vaccine providers gain a greater understanding of influenza disease and vaccines. This course has been adapted to be a comprehensive competency course, based on the Immunization Competencies for BC Health Professionals, for new immunizers who will be providing influenza vaccines only.
