Influenza vaccine eligibility criteria 2023/24
The 2023/24 publicly funded influenza vaccines can be provided free to British Columbians 6 months of age and older (4+ by pharmacists). Influenza vaccine is particularly recommended for the groups identified here.

COVID-19 vaccine eligibility criteria 2023/24
As per BCCDC COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility, COVID-19 XBB.1.5 mRNA vaccines can be provided free to people 6 months of age and older (12+ in pharmacies).

- Moderna XBB.1.5. Vaccine: the recommended dosing for individuals 12 years of age and older is 1 dose given as 0.5 mL (50 mcg) IM at least 6 months after last dose of COVID-19 vaccine, regardless of previous COVID-19 vaccination history. A 3-month minimum interval may be considered for exceptional circumstances.
